Arlobel offers its Business Centre in three different modes:
- Registration of your company at an address in the centre of town
- Installation of your activities at our premises or “mobile reception”
- The complete operational package: administrative personnel providing flexible devoted assistance to respond to the specific needs of your company
1. Company registration
Your company can have a registered address in the centre of town. You will be able to benefit from all of our services, except our offices. This service includes:
- Annual registration of your company and/your branch at our address
- Management of your mail, faxes and e-mails
- Possibility of priority rental of our conference room
- Possibility of managing your secretariat, accounting, and financial affairs of your company and/or branch.
2. Office space
For a short (“mobile reception”) or long term period, our office space offers your company identical comfort, and our personnel are at your disposition to ensure that you have an agreeable and profitable stay at our premises.

- Computing infrastructure (LAN)
- Multi-function telephone sets
- Private telephone lines with forwarding to the secretariat when you are absent or when your line is busy
- High-speed Internet access
- Bi-weekly cleaning of the premises
- Coffee and mineral water service
- Private parking in the building
3. Rental of conference rooms
Our two conference rooms afford you and your visitors total confidentiality.
- Reservation per day or half-day
- Mobile display boards – projector
- Connection to computer network
- Telephone – audio-conferencing capability
- Coffee and soft drinks
- Lunch or sandwiches on request
Indicative price based on 15 people:
- Half-day: €350 (excluding VAT) – including coffee, tea, soft drinks (1 serving)
- Whole day: €600 (excluding VAT) – including coffee, tea, soft drinks ( 2 servings)
- Whole day with cold buffet or sandwiches at noon: €750 (excluding VAT)
4. Assistance
